My Question or Issue

i was a member in spotify family premium and the manger changed the address for things he want to do and after it automatically spotify kicked me out the plan and after it the manger send me a invention and the new address and after i tried to join again said you cannot join this subscripition package 

because we couldn't confirm your stay with this subscription package manger. you can rejoin someone else ...

and this in photo can help me why this happend and i need to join again this plan.
