Family Subscription Problems

I've been subscribed to a family plan for about a year now but only recently has it made me input my address. I put my address down and it said that it couldn't verify that I lived in the same address as the owner of the subscription, even if I did. My sister, on the other hand, put the same exact address and was able to receive Spotify Premium. What did I do wrong?
