Family Subscriptions error

in the email invitation section they also ask for first name and last name but i cant find where to register both names in the first place because i didnt log in with facebook. what should i do? thank you 🙂

Are you still having trouble with this? Do you have any trouble inputting your own info when filling this out? 

If you're filling it out as a sub-account, enter the info for the owner of your plan.
