I attempted to upgrade my premium account to family account to add my family. When yhey hits the confirmation link and code in email and uses the autopopulated code, we get error. on their phones and computers!?

Can`t do anything !!!

I'm still waiting for you to respond and give me a solition!???

If the problem can't be solved, then I would like to go back to my 99sek charge per month!
