Family - You appear to be logging in from another country

Hi

I recently bought an family account, my doughter had been using my account in her phone untill today when i invited her to the family account, when she tryes to log in she gets "you appear to be logging in from another country" we live in Norway, we are staying in Norway and my spotify account is set to Norway.

What could be the problem?

Can you let me know how she tries to log into Spotify?

• using username and password
• using email address and password
