Family account changes to Free without informatin

Family account changes to Free without informatin

Greetings to the community!

 

We've got some trouble with our account. We are five people using a family account and payed everything and so on.

Today, 12 days after the last payment all of our five accounts changed to Free without any information about it. No Termination, No Mail, Nothing.

 

So.. What can we do?
