Family account manager can't log in to their Spotify account

Family account manager can't log in to their Spotify account

How does the account manager for our family plan find out which email address and password they have used to set up the account? She has a new phone and None of her email addresses are working! Is it possible to reset it through one of our accounts?

Hey there, @Gesy,

 

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If she still has access to her old phone and she's logged in to Spotify, she can go to Settings > Account to see the email/username she's registered with. If necessary, she can reset her password here.

 

In case she no longer has access to her old device, I'd recommend checking out this article: it covers a few useful methods which she can use to find her account. Should she still need help, there's a link in there located near the end to escalate the case to the folks over at Customer Support for further assistance.
