Family account member suddenly doesnt work.

Child has been added as a member but suddenly her family account doesnt work anymore, as if she is on free version. Pleaae help.

Thanks for posting this in the Community!

Verify if they are visible among the family members from the main Family account.
If they are, you can also check if your little one is logged in correctly and not in a new free account.

If all of the above seems to be ok, let our support guys know and they will check the accounts for you.
