Family account members wiped and can't re-add

Hi, my family members all reverted back to basic accounts. I logged on today and re-added them all - sending them an invite email to their individual email accounts. They get the following error message - "You can't join this Premium for Family account. We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder." Can you help please? The address entered (done myself for one of the account members) is correct. Thanks, stephenoloughlin

That's not cool! To be eligible for Spotify Family, you and all your family members must live at the same address. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I understand and am aware of this restriction.

Can someone tell me the email or url link to actually contact Spotify that can look into my specific issue i.e. invites sent to my family, they cannot register as the problem is "We couldn’t confirm your address, so we’ve switched you to a Spotify Free account. Please note that all members must live at the same address".

I am using the same address.
