We want to have a family acc but already have a premium acc by a partner. We have to end the premium acc but will the playlists and the same music be avalaible on the new family acc? Or is it all lost than?

Yes! You can use an existing account to join or start Premium Family, keeping your own saved music and playlists. Other members of the plan also use their own accounts, so you don’t need to share login details.
