Family at same address but gets this message. Can't log into my Spotify premium for family.

Family at same address but gets this message. Can't log into my Spotify premium for family.

My brother lives with me at home and it was all fine until yesterday when he received the message below and couldn't access Spotify premium already. I only had 4/6 used for each of us so it's not over subscribed.

How do I rectify this?

Hey @fadkat

 

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Let him accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. He should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.
