Family member has been dismissed and cannot join anymore

Family member has been dismissed and cannot join anymore

Hi Support (or anybody else, who might have a hint for me),

since the verification e-mails were sent again, only two members of my family were able to join again, but my boyfriend is not able to though he is definetly living in the same place like me. He tried to enter our address (exactly same address like the other members have been using), but the page will keep saying that he could not be verified.

We sent an email request (to the email address registered in your Spotify account) asking you to provide information so we could verify your account against our Premium for Family Terms and Conditions

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. You were removed from the Premium for Family plan either because we could not verify your account based on the information you provided or because you did not provide the information.

 

Please contact Spotify so they can do something about the Family restriction on your account.
