Family member invitation not working

I have been sent an invitiation to join my mother's premium family account, however when I accept the invitation, I am always brought back to the subscription page and am not able to open my own account. 

I have tried logging out of her account and resending the invite to no avail.

Suggestions?

To join a Premium for Family plan, you'll need to first sign up for your own account. Make sure you're logged into your own account here before accepting the invite your mother sent.

If this doesn't help, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.
