Family member link doesn't load

My family member can't upgrade her account because the email link doesn't work.

The code doesn't work either.

Hey @rebecaesmm, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Could you try removing the invite you sent and sending a new one to your family member's account from an incognito window on a desktop PC? Once they receive it, ask them to accept it using a different device and an incognito window (if possible).
