Family members deleted after paused Family Subscription unpaused

I have been a Premium Family subscriber since three years. The subscription was paused and I could not enter credentials for my credit card as I was travelling. On renewing the subscription, the home address and family members are all gone.

 

Definitely, if this has to be done all over again, I will cancel my subscription permanently.

 

Has anyone encountered this problem before? This type of "features" and resets and concerned problems always present themselves when I run into European software developers.

Hi some of my children have moved to other countries for study and its not possible for me to add them to the home address.

So I'll be cancelling the subscription at the end of the month.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

If your subscription was canceled/paused and your account was reverted to the Free tier, you had to re-subscribe. In this case, it's necessary that you set up the address and invite the members again, following the same process you might've done before.
