Family plan invite can't sumbit info

My Question or Issue

 Trying to add my son to my family plan, he gets the invite, clicks it, gets sent to page where it says he's about to join the plan, aksed to fill out info, name, address etc, then the submit button won't highlight and can't be clicked, I've tried re sending invite and canceling it and sending again but the same thing happens.

Do they have any issues accepting the invite using an incognito window? What about from a different device?

So still can't get it to work, on laptop and can log him on to spotify app but not the webpage, it either does nothing after clicking log in or it says 'oops something went wrong, please try again or check out help area' help area is not helpful. I joined my daughter up to my family acc recently a few days ago with no problem so why can't I join my son.
