Hi I've been trying to get the family plan but I receive the error that a problem has occur with the method payment, isn't the first time I use this card for this and already called the bank and there's no IssUE with them. What I can do or can be done to revolve this

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
