Family plan issues checking address

Family plan issues checking address

I have a family plan and my wife was using it for some months.

Suddenly she was removed and every time that I try to add her back to my family account, I receive the same message that cannot verify address.

I didn´t change my address or moved to a new one, I´m not using Facebook integration and it was working fine for months.

Please provide some guidance to solve my issue that is not cancel and create new subscription.

If I have to cancel my subscription to make it work again, I´ll NOT rejoin Spotify.

Your wife likely has a nasty likel abuse tag on her account that support will need to check:  https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/

 

Give as much detail as possible such as usernames/emails of both accounts, admin and your wifes
