Family premium account in australia

Hey,

I've payed for a family premium account. But now I'm in Australia for a few months (normally I live in Germany) and I can't use my premium anymore. I've used it for 4 months here and now there is a problem but I don't know what's wrong.

Hey @Janalecloux,

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address. You should be able to use it again when you're back in Germany at the address where all other family members reside.
