Hi, Ive accepted the email invite sent to me, and my daughter says that I'm showing as accepted & part of the family subscription, but my account still shows me as on the free trial, with adds etc. Any ideas what to do? I have reinstalled the app, logged in and out several times.

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble. May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully enter a Family account, your subscription manager will see this from over here. Please make sure that you are using that username that's on there. If its a ten digit number, use the log in with facebook tab.

I have the same problem. I'm 100% sure i'm using the same account, but it is still on free spotify with all the ads and stuff. The owner of the family pack says im part of the family in his overview. What to do?
same problem. so frustrating
When I log in using my email address (as per that which my daughter invited me with) it connects ok with Facebook but shows me as on trial status. The web page per your link shows me as in Family, but the app wont recognise it through that login. If i login using the weird 30? digit username it shows as premium, but wont connect to facebook as it says that facebook name is already in use with another spotify account ...

Just so I can be sure it wasn't a temporary delay, does logging out/in again help?
If not, can you try one more reinstall?

Hi,
same here!
i have/had a PREMIUM TRIAL to check out Spotify
now short before the end of the Trial, my daughter converted her PREMIUM to FAMILY and invited me.
I have accepted the invitation and when logging in here on the Website, it shows correctly that I am member of a FAMILY and have PREMIUM.
anyhow, the App on all devices still show as PREMIUM TRIAL!
log on/ off even trying Log off from all devices did not help a bit...
onny daughter‘s device the app still shows PREMIUM, but not sure if that should change to anything else.
please help!

Just wait a bit. Since you're still on premium trial, in order that you don't loose any days of premium your subscription will convert, when your Trial ends.
