Family premium shows as free.

Family premium shows as free.

I have family premium and it still shows my subscription as free, if i try to upgrade my subscription it shows that an error occurred and i have premium already and should contact spotify support. I have contacted support and they said they could contact me with email after looking deeper into my case. I told them i have lost my original facebook email, and gave them another email to contact me with, and they said it would be okay. 

It's been 5 days and when i contact spotify support after sending the ticket it says they will contact me on my old email, which i still haven't got available. I have also changed my email in facebook, but it doesn't upgrade in the spotify account page.

We'll do our best to help you out.

 

If you're part of a Premium for Family plan, but your account is showing as Free, you might have multiple accounts. Try following this troubleshooting to make sure you're in the correct account.

 

After you check if you have multiple accounts, and you still can't use your Premium benefits, try logging out and logging back in or reinstalling Spotify.

 

Also, since you haven't heard back from our Support team, try giving them a shout via Twitter or Facebook.
