Cannot Add Members to Premium for Family

Cannot Add Members to Premium for Family

I subscribed to Premium for Family. I cannot add other members since the address cannot be verified. How do you solve this?

Hey @MsLD, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, all members of the plan must live in the same physical address to join. This means that if the address entered doesn't match the one used by the plan owner, the accounts are removed from it.

 

If this isn't the case and you all share the same physical address, it'd be best to give a shout to our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
