Family premium

Family premium

I am having trouble verifying a family member there are 3 of us total on the account and 2 of our accounts are working fine but the 3 person isn't working at all at premium level and is still having ads. Please help. We all took the same steps to verify the account so I don't understand why one isn't working properly

Hi!

This third person tried to reinstall app or relog into account?

If it's not the solution, try to contact support or reoffer family subscription.

Hey @anneoheney

 

Tell him to login into his Spotify profile on his browser here with his email. His username will be displayed after login.

 

After that, check the status of his subscription. If everything looks ok (it should show he's part of the Family Plan), logout of the app in his device, and be sure to use that username, instead of his email address, to login to his account. It's the one with the Premium features.
