Family premium

Family premium

Sent my wife and kids invites to family premium, the kids activated fine but my wife’s invite after clicking link and signing in her account is just normal with no premium activated tried resending several times to no avail and tried copying the invite code into redeem portion. It’s getting frustrating

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and send your wife a new invitation using an incognito window? Also, trying from a different browser/device could be helpful.
