Family premium

Family premium

My fiance signed up for the premium family plan and sent me an invite.  I accepted it and went through the process of putting it on my phone (an android) However, it still says that I have the regular free account.  I have logged out and back in again, uninstalled it from my phone and reinstalled...still doesn't work. Suggestions?

Please start by using this support page to locate all the active accounts listed with your details.

 

This would be to eliminate the option of a second account.
