Family subscription invite not going through

My Question or Issue

 I've send my girlfriend an invitation to the new family subscription we started, however she cannot seem to recieve the email. We checked all the email folders, including unwanted. I've also tried taking back the invite and resending it, but this didn't help either. Can some one help us with this?

Hey @Hans01.

 

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try sending the invite again.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try typing her email address without capital letters to see if it helps.

 

As a last resource, you can try sending the invite to an alternate email address, as long as she's logged in to her own account when redeeming the invite, she should be able to join.
