From sharing the same account to spotify family

From sharing the same account to spotify family

My sister, dad, mom and me are sharing the same spotify and we all use the same playlists, and I was wondering if we change my account to an family account will everyone still have access to the same playlists just like now, or do they have to make new ones?

We want to change the account because it's impossible to listen to spotify all at the same time, and some of us have to turn of their wi-fi if it's gonna be posible.

Changing it to Spotify Family will still make you all able to use the same account, but the problem with all of you listening to songs at the same time will still happens.

Spotify Family allows you to add up to 6 different accounts for 14.99$ a month.

So it's a better option.

I understand that, but how can my sister still have the same playlist as me? Or does she have to make a new one?

She could look for it, if it's public, and then she can simply follow it! if you still want your sister to be able to add songs, you can turn it into a collaborative one!
