Dear Spotify,

 

I considered offering the family a Family Premium for Xmas. However, reading the tons of posts in these forums and all over the Internet about the Family Premium plan and address verification, and having children who can, from time to time, spend 2 weeks on school trips away from home... reading about how the whole thing does not work, about how support is not available, about how the whole address verification kinda not works... just wanted to let you know that I am giving up.

 

This all sounds way too user-unfriendly and scary to me.

 

When you have a revised process that is user-friendly (as is, that does not generates tons of posts in forums - your definition of user-friendly may differ but that is irrelevant), let us know and I might reconsider.
