Google Home Mini is not applying the promo code for Premium for Family subscription

Google Home Mini is not applying the promo code for Premium for Family subscription

I registered to get a free google home mini for the promotion that allows Premium for Family members to get one. However, once I go through the google store to the check out the promo code is not applied and it keeps tell me I need to pay the full price. I have tried re-doing it on different browsers and it will not change a thing.

 

I have attached screenshots that show the code being "applied" and then google still asking for full price.

About your issue, first of all, I suggest that you double-check your order history page, please and check if it was ordered already. If it wasn't, you should be in touch with the Customer Support to get help on it.

But, after all, keep me updated on your case.
