My Question or Issue

 I signed up for The family plan on Nov 1 and the website still tells me I am not eligible for the Google Mini. I was a premium $9.99 a month member before and I upgraded on Nov. 1. Why is it that I am no eligible?

I am having the same issue.  I have been a member for over 3 years now and it says that I am not eligible.
