Philips Soundbar HTL5160 with Chromecast & SPotify Connect

My Question or Issue

When asking Google assistent on the GH Mini to play spotify on Philips Soundbar it says 'playing spotify on soundbar' , but no music or action to be seen. When making a speaker group with the Philips soundbar and GH Mini in one group and asking Google to play spotify on speaker group it turns on the soundbar and plays music on both soundbar and GH mini. I already disconnected spotify, removed and renamed soundbar etc. No luck yet. I even created a speaker group with only soundbar, no luck. So GH Mini is able to play music via spotify on Soundbar as long as it is part of speakergroup, but not on soundbar itself standalone. Very annoying ;-(

Has anyone seen this issue before and maybe a solution? Possible issues I could think of is the Family Premium subscribtion of spotify but why does it play in speakergroup, soundbar has both chromecast and connect, so maybe they got confused, but again it works in speakergroup. PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I don't think it's related to spotify family. Spotify family is just a backoffice\payment thing. The only thing what matters if it's a premium account.
