GoogleHomeMini Redeem. Package not received.

Hi, I live in Canada. I redeemed my code for a free Google Home Mini device on April 13. The item was shipped on April 29 and according to Canada Post tracking number was delivered on May 1st. I checked with all my neighbors, my family, my city's Canada Post drop points and no one ever saw/received the package. I called Canada Post support line and explained them the problem. They say I have to contact the store / seller and ask them to send another one and they will request an investigation report from Canada Post about the delivery. I contacted Google Store Support and they are redirecting me to you; recommending I explain the situation and ask for another redeem code for the Google Home Mini. I did not find anywhere in your "Contact US" section where I can actually contact you and talk / write to a support person. Can someone help me with this issue ? I can give the tracking number if requested so you can contact Canada Post. Thanks Alain
