Help with family premium

Help with family premium

hello, i need Help with family premium. I switched family about a month ago, because we moved house. Now, our card expired and we had to make a new family and i cant join a family because i can switch a family premium only once in 12 months. Is there any solution? Or i will just have to Wait 12 months to have premium? Please Help me.

Try joining the plan using an incognito window to see if it helps. If it doesn't, reach out to us here with your account info.
