Hi, i removed a family member and then invited her again. Doesnt' work

The app says she hasn't paid yet. But she doesn't have to pay, I have. She has an iphone

Thank you for posting your issue on the Community!

You are correct, only the plan manager should receive any information regarding payments.

Could you let us know what she sees in her account page after accepting the Family invite? 
Tip: An account needs to be on free before joining any Family or Duo plan.
