How can I change family plan without charge me twice?

I want to join the Family plan but my premium account haven't end yet. May I know how can I change plan without charging tiwce? I want to end my premium account immediately and join the family plan. My next payment is start at 17 Sept 2017.  Can you help me to cancel it now?

Unfortunately not, there's no way to switch from Premium to Premium for Family without being charged for Premium for Family on the same day.

The good news is that all remaining Premium time will be converted into Premium for Family time.

Do you mean that my remaining premium time will contribute to my new family plan if I start today?

Or can I cancel my premium account now, and get refund on the remaining day cost?

Yep, that's right, but not all of the remaining Premium time will be added to Premium for Family time because of the price difference. 🙂
