Hey @Elisedelanghe, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Keep in mind that the person that invited you to join the Premium for Family plan is the owner of it. Also, remember that all the members of the plan should live in the same physical address.

Hi there, 

I am having the same trouble. My whole family lives at one residence and we have tried all of our known emails and facebook accounts but they all just say "Part of the family plan contact the plan owner to manage" but we can't find out the login details for the owner. 

Is there a way you can see who manages my account?

We have tried all the log ins that we know and they all say the same thing - contact the family plan owner, but we don't know who the family plan owner is !!

Getting so frustrated and hacked off with Spotify - no answers anywhere on their site, and can't ring anyone.

Can anybody help please ??
