How to confirm someone lives with me

Few days ago I received a message from Spotify that I needed to confirm my husband's address because they couldn't be sure that we live together.

But we do live in the same address, we also moved to a new house these days.

I created my account on Spotify using my Facebook account so I didn't have to write some informations about address, but now I don't know how to proceed to add him on my Familiar plan again, since I invited him by email, but it always shows to confirm my address.

Currently, it's not possible to edit or confirm the address that you registered when you subscribe to Premium for Family. You’ll have received this email as we need to verify the address of a member on your Premium for Family plan to ensure they’re eligible to be part of the plan. They’ll just need to follow the instructions in their email to verify eligibility.

I have a problem with my sister accout on this. When I enter the information i entered in my account address after I click her invitation. It is causing her an error. It is to the point personally logging to her email and spotify account and I am still frustrated as it is not workinag.

If so, does trying things again in a different browser/incognito window help?
