How to leave a family when the owner is not responding

 

Hi,

 

How do I unassociate my account from a spotify family? The account pages say the 'family owner' should do this, but we are currently not on speaking terms, and texts are not being answered.

Hey there 🙂

 

You can ask send an email to support@spotify.com and ask them to have this done for you. 

 

Don't forget to include the date of birth that's registered in your account cause they're going to be asking that to have your account verified
