How to link specific Spotify profile to specific Alexa profile

I have 3 members in my Alexa household, each with their own profile. I'm on the premium family plan on Spotify so we each have a profile there. I want my wife's Spotify profile to be linked to her Alexa profile but I can't find directions as to how to specify which Spotify profile Alexa uses at all.

If everyone in your household has set up their Amazon account, they simply need to download the Amazon Alexa app on their phones and follow these steps to connect their Spotify accounts. Note that you'll need a separate streaming device for each account since using multiple Spotify accounts on a single device is currently not supported.

This does not fully answer the question... If you have a Family Premium Spotify account (with 2 adult Spotify accounts within), how can you add one to each Amazon Echo device to ensure playback on one s not stopped when the other begins?
