i did trial. canceled before 30 days. i was still charged. NO ONE TO CONTACT. THIS IS SO LOUSY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. GIVE PPL ACCESS TO A HUMAN. AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM SO UPSET.

The first thing to do is check your email for a

Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Hello! 
I know how frustrating it can be to get charged for a service that you believed was canceled in time to avoid those charges, I have had it happen more than once with other services. I have also was over-charged by spotify last month for premium because I didn't update my student status in time to avoid the additional $5 charge. I spent a long time searching for a way to speak to a person about my concern. Once I found the chat option I was greeted with superb customer service and immediately refunded the excess payment. 

Here is how I was able to get my refund:

First you have to answer a few questions to get to the right chat support person:

Give the as much info as you can about your account:Click START CHATClick START CHAT

Then click Start Chat. 

You will see this pop up:

p.s. I really enjoy the spotify premium features. It is the ONLY subscription service I refuse to cancel. I would love to chat with you about why I love it, and help you find ways to reduce the cost if you're interested.
