My Question or Issue

I am experiencing difficulties adding my daughter, who lives with me, to our Spotify Premium Family plan. When I send the invitation and she tries to confirm her participation, we receive an error message stating that the address is incorrect. However, the address provided is the same for both of us and is accurate.

 

Steps Already Taken:

1. I verified that the address registered on the main account (mine) is correct.

2. My daughter entered the exact same address during the acceptance process, ensuring there are no discrepancies in formatting or details.

3. Both devices have location services enabled and are connected to the home Wi-Fi network.

Thanks for providing the error message. 

 

Have you tried using a Google Plus Code yet?

 

You can find the Plus Code for your address here on Google Maps — it’s a unique combination of letters and numbers in the format XXXX+XX. If you run into an error while entering the Plus Code, try adding the city and country after it.

 

When your Premium Family members accept the invite, they’ll need to enter the exact same Plus Code to match the address. Keep in mind that existing plan members may also be asked to confirm their address.

 

Apart from that, she could try using a different device or an incognito window. Another thing to check is that she’s not using any VPN services and that the country settings on both accounts match.

@Maxim I just contact with Spotify help center. 

i edit the address ( and use the same one ) and it work.
