I am not able to add my relatives on my premium account

I am not able to add my relatives on my premium account

Dear all,

 

I have been trying to add my daughter and my wife on my premium account but so far I was not able to do that. I followed the instructions many times but at the end I always get a message stating there's an error and I can't add them. I tried by inserting the code provided on the invitation email and by filling in the personal information requested but none of them worked.

 

could you help me to solve this issue?

Hey @Gggeraldofilho, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, can you remove the invite you sent to your family members and send a new one? Once they get it, ask them to try and redeem it from a different device or a desktop PC using an incognito window.

 

Keep in mind that they need to live in the same physical address as you in order to be part of it.
