I am unable to join the family membership because I can't change my country

I am currently on holiday in another country and I was reminded to join the family membership although I can't as I already changed my country because of the messages that have appeared and now I cannot change my location.
Please help

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The country settings can be changed only if you're in the country you want to switch to. Your account shouldn't have an active subscription as well. Once you go back to your home country, you'll be able to do the switch.
