I can not add family member to my family subscription

I can not add family member to my family subscription

I'm using premium for family subscription about for a year.

My wife does not use much the account. Now I could not add her as a member.
Even I tried to create new Spotify account for her. But this stupid address verification process will drive me crazy.
I'm writing right address information in many ways like upper and lower case versions.

This is ridiculous. If you want to verify that we are living same address  You should ping the member account from the main account on the same network or IP check etc. There are lots of way for verification but this free text field checks totally insane. There are 4 free text field and the error message not say anything which one is wrong.

Please help me otherwise I'll cancel my subscription
