I can not cancel a family member

My Question or Issue

I want to remove a user from family list. but the button for removing the member/user doen't operate. So I cant do that for a while.
What can I do?

I Attached where I try to click and it doesnt operate. user is still there.

Hi there!

Unfortunately, I don't know what attachment you're referring to; perhaps you forgot to add it?

 

Although I don't get the full picture, there is a post similar to yours that is solved: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Premium-for-Family/Remove-user-on-spotify-family/m-p/1354714#M8350 

 

Since the first solution there is what you did, and since it didn't operate, I suggest you do the following: 

  1. Go on a Desktop device.
  2. Open an Incognito Window.
  3. Go to your account page.
  4. In the Premium Family tab, click the member you want to remove.
  5. Click REMOVE FROM PLAN.
  6. Confirm you want to remove this member.
    The member will receive an email informing of the removal.
