renewing subcription

I've been subscribed to spotify premium for a couple years now. After the first year, I had no clue that I needed to renew my subscription, so I had been charged the regular 9.99 for a couple months. This year March 2018, I was aware that I need to renew it. So I got the email reminding me to do so, clicked the link, but it was just the home page. I looked all over the website, around my account settings... NOTHING. So I went on the customer support page and they sent me this link https://spotify.sheerid.com/. I wouldn't have been able to renew my subscription, and would have been charged an extra 5 bucks AGAIN because you spotify makes it so complicated, it's like you WANT students to "accidentally" pay more.

Fix this for the broke college studnets. FIX IT.

Thats unfortunate but I'm afraid there is nothing that we can do about it here. What you can try though is contacting the customer services team directly using the online contact form.

What also might help is post the idea here so that more people know about this.
