I can't connect to the family plan of my Family!!

My family member sent me the invitation. When I complete all the file and click "Sent", it says I can not connect to this family plan. All the files are filled correctly. same Street name and same street number. Same post code. I don't understan. What seems to be teh problem?

Do you have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about from a different device?

If so, reach out to us on here with your account info. We'll take a closer look to see what's going on.

my brother and i have the same problem. the link you provided leads to a 404 page.
