I can't end the procces of verification

I have a problem, because i get a email form SheerID "verification advancement successfully" but i have to end this process by click the button. And when i do this a see a message on the screen about this site dosen't works. What can i do ?

I send message to the SpotifyCares on Fb but they don't change anthing, i'm still waiting a i can't listen to my music

I solve the problem, just go to the payment page, choose the subscrintion for students and once again fill it with your payment details.
