I have a problem so that my son enters the family plan of spotify. However, my brother and my roomates have been able to enter without problems. I have tried to add my son from another computer (so that the cookies do not influence) but it has not been possible. I have a theory:

Before the appearance of the family plan, Spotify invited me to add one more user to my account (that may have been in 2014 or 2015). I added my son and he could have a Premium account. Then, I took out the Famiiar Plan and one day my son told me that his account had stopped being Premium. I tried to add but could not. It's been a while and today we try again, nothing.

Is it possible that the problem is that he had that previous feature that Spotify offered me?
