I can’t link my duo account to my wife. She has paid for duo premium.

I can’t link my duo account to my wife. She has paid for duo premium.

When I type the address in I get an error page.

Any additional info about your issue could be helpful. For example, is an error message being shown? If so, which one? 🙂

When I click find it takes me to a new landing page that says:

 

there was a problem please try again later

Can you please give it a try...

  1. in a different browser
  2. in an incognito/private browsing window
  3. on a different device
  4. while using a different network connection

That did not work.

Not to be rude as I appreciate the help but is there a support system for Spotify? I’m currently paying for something I can’t use and am unable to speak to anyone to fix it.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

If the troubleshooting steps didn’t work, the issue might be related to an active subscription on your account. 🙂

 

If you currently have an active Premium Family or Duo subscription, I’d recommend canceling it and waiting for your account to revert back to free. Once that happens, you should be able to join the new plan without any problems.

 

In case the issue persists after that, fee free to reach out to Support here.
